Terms and Conditions for the Order
Disclaimer:	Although trailer conversion is a relatively easy and fun project to a handy person, we do not offer any support or guarrantee other than providing information that explain the function of a purchased component within the MUST concept. Each and every trailer is different, its conversion is your own project and you are fully responsible for building and using the converted trailer.
Prices:	Prices include handling charge and are subject to change without notice. Delivery and applicable taxes are extra (free delivery within Greater Toronto Area in Canada).
Delivery:	We ship anywhere in the world, with free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada. A quote from UPS or an international carrier will be requested for delivery outside of the GTA, if you have a preferred carrier please let us know at the time of your placement of the order. Orders will be processed within the same day if received before 2 pm. We will notify you of any expected delay in shipment should the situation arise.
Return Policy:	All returns of merchandise must be pre-authorized in writing and accompanied by RGA number from MUST Technologies. No return will be accepted for the purchase of the consumer information and licensing package. All claims and/or return must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made against the carrier. Return of conversion kits and components are subjected to a 15% handling and restocking charge. Returned goods must be in like new condition and delivered or sent to us with prepaid freight.
