Due to popular demand we are making the following components available to help customers retrofit an existing trailer and convert it into a fully functional Multi Use Sport Trailer.

MUST is a worldwide patented technology, components are only sold in a pre-packaged quantity. The prices of some components include one consumer license to build and use (not to sell) a MUST in your country of residence. Licensing registration can be done on the order forms.

Corner Post & Stabilizer Assembly, MB8B52-A02

Fastest system on the market to stabilize and level a trailer in just seconds (fully adjustable).
Theses are used as corner posts to hold side walls in upright position in a MUST concept.
Support the trailer for tire changing and axle servicing without a jack.
Clamp bracket comes with T handle locking knobs and quick insert safety pins.
Sturdy galvanized steel post 38.1 mm (1.5”) diameter top capped and equipped with pivotal foot pad.
Post can be completely removed from the clamp bracket when needed. The assembly comes with instruction and all mounting hardware.

Four additional stabilizers can be used to support the outer edges of the extended sidewalls (as shown below); this arrangement allows the conversion of a trailer having an extended platform larger than 2.44m x 3.05m (8’ x 10’) or a sidewalls loading heavier than 700 lbs.

(Note: With this direct support arrangement, the strike pads and anti-flipping legs can be omitted).

Heavy Duty Hinge Assembly, MB8B52-A07

Yoke style heavy duty hinge and clevis designed to allow quick disassembly of sidewalls.
Each assembly use 3/8” clevis pin, cotter pin and come with all mounting hardware.
Each hinge assembly can safely handle up to 2000 lbs of straight axial pulling load.

A fully cantilevered support of the extended sidewalls is possible when the hinges are used in combination with strike pads and cargo racks. Load limit depends on the actual design arrangement and the dimensions of the converted trailer (details are included in the package).

Kit for the Conversion of a MUST CEF-810 into a MUST-810

KIT CEF-810 is designed for easy conversion of a MUST CEF-810 into a fully functional MUST-810. It comes with all instruction and mounting hardware.

The package comes with technical manuals that teach you all you need to know about the Multi Use Sport Trailer. Since MUST is a patented technology, a consumer license is required for you to legally build and use (but not to sell) a MUST in your country of residence.

Unless included with the ordered component, a single license can be purchased from us by ordering the package. Registration for a consumer license can be done by completing the appropriate section on the order form.
