Terms and Conditions for the Order
Delivery: We ship anywhere in the world, with free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada. A quote from UPS or an international carrier will be requested for delivery outside of the GTA, if you have a preferred carrier please let us know at the time of placement of the order. Orders will be processed within the same day if received before 2 pm. We will notify you of the expected delivery date and any delay in shipment should the situation arise.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery and applicable taxes are extra (free delivery in Greater Toronto Area).
Return Policy: All return of merchandise must be pre-authorized in writing and accompanied by RGA number from MUST Technologies.
  • All claims and/or return must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
  • Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made against the carrier.
  • Return goods are subjected to a 15% handling and restocking charge.
  • Returned goods must be in like new condition and delivered or sent to us with prepaid freight.
